These terms cover your use of PayDev Africa (paydev-africa.pages.dev), run by Medard Nduhukire. By using the site you agree to them.

The tools and guides

• The tools and guides are free to use. The tools run in your browser; see the privacy policy.
• You may copy and adapt the code examples in the guides into your own projects, commercial or not, without asking.
• Please don't republish the guides or tools themselves as your own. Quoting a short part with a link back is fine.

No warranty

Everything on this site is provided "as is". I check API details against the providers' documentation and test the code, but providers change their APIs, and mistakes happen. Before taking real payments, test your integration in the provider's sandbox and follow the provider's own documentation and go-live requirements. You are responsible for the code you run and for how you handle payments and customer data. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses arising from use of the site, its tools or its code.

Starter kits

Starter kits are sold separately and come with their own licence (in LICENSE.md inside each kit). In short: you may use a kit in any number of your own and your clients' projects, but you may not resell or share it.

Services

Integration work through the Hire page is agreed separately for each project, in writing, before work starts.

Names and trademarks

MTN MoMo, M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Flutterwave, Paystack and other product names belong to their owners. PayDev Africa is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any payment provider.

Advertising and partner links

The site may show ads and clearly labelled partner links. How they work is explained in the privacy policy.

Changes

I may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
